It took longer than I expected to arrive, which was a bit annoying, but it did show up in the end. Not a huge deal, just something to keep in mind if you need it quickly.

My chair showed up with one small damaged piece, which was definitely annoying at first. I emailed Direct Wicker, and I’m completely sure they handled it the right way, they sent out a replacement part a couple days later. It took a little longer than I would’ve liked, but in the end it got fixed, no question.

I was a little hesitant to buy it without seeing it in person, but I’m glad I did. The wicker feels solid, it looks nice, and for the price it seems like a safe buy so far

It’s not a bad deal overall, but the quality feels a little hit or miss to me. Delivery was totally fine, no issues there. I just kind of expected it to feel a bit better for what I paid. Maybe that’s fair for the price, though?

My order from directwicker.com showed up mostly fine, and even though the box had a few dented corners that made me a little nervous when I first saw it sitting there, I opened it up and everything inside was actually wrapped really well with no damage at all, so I was relieved, though I do think a bit more padding would’ve helped make it feel more secure. Overall I’m happy with the order, just taking off a star because the outside box looked kind of rough.

I’ve had this wicker set sitting outside for a few months now, and it’s already been through some heavy rain and a couple of windy days. So far, it still looks pretty much the same as when I put it out there—no sagging, no odd fading, and nothing that makes me worry about it falling apart.

I’ve been using it for a couple months now, the durability seems solid. The wicker still feels tight, and the frame isn’t doing that annoying shaky thing, even with us using it often.

I’m giving it 4 stars because one spot looked a little rough out of the box, but overall it feels like it’s built to last. We’ll see how it does after another season outside, but so far, it’s been legit.

The selection was decent, but not as big as I expected. I was hoping to find more options, and of course I ended up checking right when I actually needed something, which made the limited choices even more frustrating. It’s not terrible, just could definitely use more.
